Thanks to ShortMom for being more specific on goal setting and recommending that I start planning my meals.
I’ve always felt better on a lower-carb way of eating with no processed foods and such.
With the whole endocrine issue that I’m experience, I have been weaning artificial sweeteners, plastic storage containers for food, microwaves, and non-organic meats out of my diet.
Hence, I am going to switch my tastes over to a low-glycemic, semi-Paleo type diet of my own design. It will incorporate the natural, non-polluted aspects of paleo with the low-carb aspects of low-glycemic. I’m going to be more LG than Paleo though. Maybe over time, I will move to more Paleo as I grow into it.
I will be starting the transition tomorrow, then planning my meals from Friday on out.
